After-sales Service including paper processing equipment installation, commissioning and training, maintenance, replacement parts, product upgrades, and new products and recommend. Commissioning refers to that after you have received equipment, after-sales service personnel will arrive in your company in 3 days, in the equipment installation and debugging, training completion until the production of qualified products. Training is to point to the operation of the technical personnel training and safety training matters. 

The maintenance: the product, 1 year warranty, lifetime maintenance. 1) China, after-sales service personnel will arrive in 6 days. 2) Abroad, according to the agreement of the contract. The customer can send your stuff to our company for training, or we send technician to customer’s plant for installation, debugging and training.

The parts we use on our machinery are stocked in house for immediate response time to our customers. In addition, KINGWELL personnel is available to go directly to the job site and handle any job required.
