D262 Automatic Box Packing Machine
Application:
Applicable for packing facial tissue and napkin into box.
The machine can connected with facial log saw cutter and box bundle shrinking machine to form a whole production line.
Features & Characteristics
1. Full automatic feeding, open box, put facial tissue/napkin into box, seal box and discharge, no need to operate by manual.
2. Good program with many years experience, very easy to operate and adjust.
3. Adopting advanced PLC programmable control system, servo/stepper motor and touch screen, make sure operation more clear and simple and more automatic.
4. Adopting photoelectric sensor system to detect and track facial tissue and box. Machine will stop automatically when box is empty(failed to put facial to box).
5. Box size range is wide, box size range is:
L（70-250）mm×W（70-180）mm×H（20-90）mm.
Easy and fast to adjust the machine when change different size box between various box size, and no need to change any mold.
