Applicable for packing facial tissue and napkin box bundling with heat shrink film.
Features & Characteristics
1. Adopting advanced PLC programmable controller, with safety protection and alarm device, and seal cutting system can seal continually and smoothly, simple operation.
2. Full automatic feeding, making film bag, putting box into film, sealing, cutting, collecting the trimming edge film, heat shrinking. No need to operate by manual.
3. The sealing and cutting blades are made of constant temperature type special aluminum alloy, which anti stick, sealing quality perfect, no coking, no smoke, zero pollution.
4. The cutting blades would automatically rebound when it cut box to make sure to protect box products.
5. The box size have wide range size, machine is easy to adjust when change box size, without replace any moulds.
6. The belts are all covered by Teflon insulation pipe, which is not hot, not damage film.
7. Heat shrink cell adopts double circulation hot air system. Temperature inside can be adjusted freely.
