D160-II-T Double lanes log saw for facial tissue
Application:
Applicable for cutting facial tissue or toilet roll log.
Features & Characteristics
1. PLC controlled, touch screen operating, servo motors controlled. Adopting the advanced PLC computer programming control & touching screen, This allows operating the machine very easily.
2. Logs feeding are driven by two servo motors (optional) to make sure cutting exactly length roll and the cutting surface is smooth.
3. Two lanes. Can cut different size logs in different lane in the mean time due to double servo motors controlled of feeding device (optional).
4. Servo motors controlling allows the products locate more accurately and better tidy of the cut.
5. Automatic disk knife sharpen system. The knife is sharpened automatically according to the wear degree. Disk knife is sharpened by pneumatic device. The time of grinding are controlled by touch screen. The grinder can be adjusted automatically according to the wear extent.
