Features & Characteristics
1. PLC controlled, touch screen operating, servo motors controlled. Adopting the advanced PLC computer programming control & touching screen, This allows operating the machine very easily.
2. Logs feeding are driven by servo motors to make sure cutting exactly length roll and the cutting surface is smooth.
3. Servo motors controlling allows the products locate more accurately and better tidy of the cut.
4. Automatic disk blade sharpen system. The blade is sharpened automatically according to the wear degree. Disk blade is sharpened by pneumatic device. The time of grinding are controlled by touch screen. The grinder can be adjusted automatically according to the wear extent.
