4. Production Process
Non-woven and melt brown fabrics material feeding → Nose clip feeding and cutting → Mask plate ultrasonic welding→ Mask plate forming →Plate folding→Ultrasonic “L” shape edge welding→ Plate cutting →None woven and melt brown fabrics wastes discharging → Mask plate discharging, Mask plate feeding → Ear rope feeding → ear rope ultrasonic welding→Finished product discharging.
